Where is the best place to park?
The best place to park is at parking garage Raaks. This parking garage is 300 meters (4 minutes) walk from the hotel. You pay here a maximum daily rate of €28.81 euro.
From what time can I check in?
The rooms are ready from 15:00. If you want to check in earlier please contact us. In any case, you can leave your luggage with us throughout the day so you can start exploring the city.
Until what time can I check out?
You can check out until 11:00 am. If you want to check out later you can always contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Are pets allowed at MAF Haarlem?
Pets are allowed in our lounge/restaurant. In our hotel rooms, pets are not allowed.
What about noise pollution?
Our beautiful hotel is located in a monumental building. Because of this it can be a bit more noisy, but because we do not have many rooms, you will not be bothered much by this. If you would like a quiet room you can always contact us so we can try to reserve a room at the back of the building.
Until what time is the restaurant/lounge/bar open?
We are currently open Thursday through Saturday until 8:00 pm. Wednesday until 5:00 pm and Sunday until 7:00 pm. Monday and Tuesday we are closed (though we still serve breakfast for our hotel guests then).
Do the rooms have a refrigerator?
No, unfortunately our rooms do not have a refrigerator. However, you can put your drinks in the bar downstairs. Please discuss this with the staff upon arrival at the hotel.
